Beverly Grove Remodel

This gorgeous remodel was done by David Hertz Architects. It was a remodel of a late model home which was in need of some TLC and updating. Thanks to David Hertz Architects it got just that and then some! The two level home is ready for the rankings of the Bel Air, California area. Designed with a large open feel, the backyard is accentuated by beautifully landscaped areas and a large welcoming pool. A wonderful setting for relaxing and enjoying the warm California weather.

This home was made for entertaining. It features plenty of open common areas and an impressive media room. Floor to ceiling windows ensure a beautiful sunrise and sunset view from any room, not to mention an awesome horizon view from the patio.
