Live from the future: outstanding house by Jouin Manku and YTL Design Group
Looking more like a spaceship than like a house, this marvelous piece of modern architecture is the result of the cooperation between architecture firm YTL Design Group and fresh new French firm Jouin Manku. In fact, this is a debut for Jouin Manku, and they did more than excellent. Located in Kuala Lumpur, this spectacular luxury home houses 3 generations of family in its 3,000 sq.m. and has a disposal of 9 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a large family kitchen, a private library, a ballroom, a chapel, indoor and guest parking, to name just a few. The “wow” list continues with the amazing sea-shell-like staircase, the fabulous chandelier made of 13,000 custom designed porcelain petals, the huge kitchen monolithic stone block, the enormous wood lampshades above it… quite stunning, isn’t it? If you need a definition of “stunning” – just look at the pictures.
