De Blacam and Meagher’s new white refuge for Ibiza’s white nights
From the very heart of Europe’s biggest party place – Ibiza, here is the new outstanding villa by De Blacam and Meagher. Located near Morna Valley, the house is lavishly surrounded by greenery and lies on the largest terrace in the site. Built by reinforced concrete, the villa has 2 stages, based on 3.6m cube in plan and section. The weather in the Mediterranean is very hot, so architects planned a cross draught possibility for all the rooms, thus air-conditioning is needless. The whole house shines in bright white, including the interior, which is simple and neat. Started in 2002, this year the project was finally completed and awaits its first guests. According to what we see, we believe they will be numerous.
