How To Use Neon Color In Your Home.
Neon has been a big hit over the last year both in fashion and in home decor. The only problem is that it can be a bit harsh. Many people are put off using neon as part of their interior color scheme because they think of it as being garish and over powering. However it doesn’t have to be!
In this post there are a generous handful of interesting products that give a nod toward the neon look and also some tips on how to implement the look in your home.
The room below is a good example of how using just one small bright accessory is enough to give a room that modern, urban, neon feel, This frame is $100 from The Conran Shop.
Fans of  neon are loving these stylish puzzle piece chairs by designer Vincent Lebon. Not only are they nice and bright color-wise, they are also unique in that they can be slotted together to make a bench.
Place against a plain white wall for maximum impact.
These baskets below are sold as a picnic set, but there is no reason why you can’t use them indoors in your home to. You could place one in the kitchen as a fruit bowl, or how about one in the bathroom for storing towels or shower gels or even one in the hallway for keeping mail. The great thing about these baskets is that they are really affordable, its $12.49 for all 3 so you can bring your neon into your home even if you don’t have a lot of money to spare!

@Cristin – may be a little too much neon for our taste but it depends on how well the colors and items work together
